WHEREAS, James Phlllip Kosht and Jennie B. Kosht, hmsband and
wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated May 27,
19~, in consideration of Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars
($12,500.00), conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The North 49 feet of Lot 8 in Stouts Addition to
Santa Ana, as per map thereof recorded in Book 6, page 28
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, '.?~.:KEFOi~:, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ama
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
