V~HERF~KS, ~'~bel B. Johannessen, as Executrix of the Last Will and Testament
of Bertha G. Briney, Deceased, has presented to the City Council an Executrix'
Deed, dated June 18, 195h, in consideration of Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred
Dollars (~12,5OOoO0),conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The South one foot of Lot 7 and the North 29 feet
of Lot 6 of Stout's Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in book 6, page 28 of Niscellaneous
}~aps, records of said O~ange County.
NOW, T~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause saim deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED Ah~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa ~tua at its
regular meeting held on the 21st day of June, 195~.
