A D~,D TO TRANSFER THE PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY OF SECTION ONE
OF THE ORANGE COUNTY JOINT OUTFALL SEWER TO COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICTS ~fUMBERS 1, 5, 6 AND 11, AND A CERTIFICATE OF POSSESSION
TRANSFERRING LMMEDIATE POSSESSION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, heretofore the Cities of Santa Aha, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange
and the Sanitary Districts of Buena Park, Garden Grove, La Habra, and Placentia
have passed Resolutions authorizing the City of Santa Aha, as contracting agent for
said cities and Sanitary Districts to deliver possession and exclusive control of
Section One of the Joint Outfa] ] Sewer of Orange County, California, together with
the facilities and personal property mentioned and described in the Agreement of
Sale and Purchase dated February 28, 1951, as amended and to execute and deliver
good and sufficient instruments conveying said Section One to County Sanitation
Districts Numbers 1, 5, 6 and 11 in accordance with the terms and provisions of
said agreement, or are about to pass such Resolutions.
NOW, THEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That when certified copies of a Resolution in words and figures, excepting
only the name of the City or Sanitary District and its governing body and the enact-
ing provisions on the last page thereof, identical with Santa Aha Resolution No. 5&-93,
have been received by the City of Santa Aha from each City and Sanitary District
comprising the Joint Outfall Sewer of Orange County, the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council of the City of Santa Aha are authorized to execute and deliver to
Sanitation Districts Numbers 1, 5, 6 and 11 the B~ll of Sale conveying to said
Sanitation Districts the personal property covered by the inventory, a copy of which
is on file in the office of the Orange County Joint Outf~.] 1 Sewer and a copy of
which was received, approved and order filed by all Sanitation Districts on June 27,
1951 and is now on file in the Office of the Orange County Sanitation District, and
approved as of June 1, 195~, for said Districts by Harry A. Overmyer and Robert J.
Barletta as to valve, condition and existence, and the personal property listed on
inventory by Harry A. 0vermyer and Robert J. Barletta June 7, 195~, including items
listed as Laboratory Equipment and F~jor Service Items and Equipment and valued at
$6,0~9.21 and Real Property added to the Treatment Plant since June 20, 1951, valued
at $2,8~6.00 by reference to said inventories, and a Certificate of Possession to
the real property and rights-of-way both to take effect at 12:00 P.M., June 30,
1954, and to execute and deliver a deed conveying all right, title and interest of
the City of Santa Aha to said Real Property and Rights-of-way together with the
Citiew of Anaheim, ~llerton, and Orange.
PAS~u AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its adjourned regular meeting held on the 28th day of June, 195~.
