WHEREAS, THOMAS LAMBROS AND VASILIKI LAMBROS, husband and wife, have
presented to the City Council an easement deed dated April 21, 1954, in con-
sideration of $3,500.00 conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across the following
described land:
Beginning at a point in the West line of Lot 3 in Block i of the
original town of Santa Ana as shown on a Map recorded in Book 2, page 51
of MiscellaneousRecords of Los Angeles County, California; 77.84 feet
Northerly from the Southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence Southerly along
the West line of Lots 3 and 2 in said Block l, a distance of 52.62 feet
to the beginning of a curve; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 20 feet; through an angle of
90° 38' 20", an arc distance of 31.64 feet to a tangent; thence along a
straight line tangent to the last described course a distance of 13.71
feet to a point; thence Northwesterly along the arc of a curve concave
Northeasterly, and tangent to the last described course, and having a
radius of 20 feet through an angle of 71° 17' 46" an arc distance of
24.89 feet to a point of compound curvature; thence Northwesterly along
the arc of a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 334 feet
through an angle of lO° 27' 29" an arc distance of 60.96 feet to the
point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its adjourned regular meeting held on the 28th day of June
, 1954.
