IN CIVIC CF~TER SITE.
WHEREAS, STELLA M. SECREST, a single woman, has presented to the
City Council a grant deed dated June 17, 1954, for valuable consideration
in the amount of $12,500.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a

in Van Ness Avenue;
point 219 feet South and lg8.75 feet West of
the center lines of Ross and Hickey Streets,
shown on Map of "Stout's Addition to Santa Ana",
page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
point of beginning being the Southeast corner
on said Map; thence West 1~5.75 feet to a point
thence North parallel with the East line of
Van Ness Avenue, 44 feet; thence East 145.75 feet to a point dis-
tant West 1~8.75 feet from the center line of Ross Street, as shown
on said Map; thence South 44 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO:
1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1954-55, a lien.
2. Conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and
rights of way of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED SMD ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its adjourned regular meeting held on the 28th day of Jm~e ,
