DRAl~AGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, LAWRENCE W. PATTERSON and H~LEN R. PATTEF~ON, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council an easement deed dated March 16, 1954,
without consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for drainage purposes over, under and along the
North 12 feet of the West 197.69 feet of the South one-half of
Lot 13 of the Potts, Borden and Sidwell Tract, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in hook 4, page 624 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its adjourned
