DISTRICT OF THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP OF SECTION ONE
OF ORANGE COUNTY JOL~T OUTFALL SEWER
~HEREAS, the Orange County Sanitation Districts have complied with
the terms of the Agreement of Sale and Purchase dated February 28, 195~, and
the City of Santa Ana has transferred title and possession to Section One of
the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer to Orange County Sanitation Districts
Numbers l, 5, 6 and ll;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Newhope Drainage District be
notified of the change of ownership of Section One of the Orange County Joint
Outfall Sewer and the Clerk of the Council is directed to send to it a copy
of this Resolution and to furnish the Orange County Sanitation Districts a
copy of this Resolution together with a copy o~he contract with Newhope
Drainage District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 6th day of July, 1954.
