WHEREAS, GEORGE VI~BECK and KATHERINA VIEBECK, husband and wife, have
presented a grant deed dated June 28, 1954, for valuable consideration, conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, des-
cribed as:
An easement for street purposes over and across the following
described land: Beginning at a point which bears North 89° 12' 20"
West 30 feet from a point on the East line of Section 2, Township
5 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M.~ 1232.17 feet Southerly from
the Northeast corner of said Section 2; running thence North 89°
12' 20" West 10 feet to a point; thence North 0° 47t 40" East 51.64
feet to a point; thence East 10 feet to a point; thence South O° 47' 40"
West 51.77 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That ~he City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
