CONVEYING CITY'S TITLE IN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, GEORGE VIEBECK and KATHERINA VIEBECK have entered into
an Agreement with the City of Santa Ana whereby they are granting unto the
City an easement over certain lands in said Agreement described for the
purpose of improving, widening and maintaining the channel of Santiago
Creek, and whereby the City of Santa Aha is granting to said George
Viebeck and Katherina Viebeck certain property which the City now has and
for which the City has no use in exchange for said easement along the banks
of Santiago Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the Cit~
of Santa Aha hereby approved that certain Agreement dated June 28, 1954,
between George Vieheck and Katherina Viebeck and the City, and in pursuance
thereof authorizes its Mayor to execute that certain deed conveying the
City's right, title and interest in and to real property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point which hears North 89° 12t 20" West
40 feet from a point on the East line of Section 2, Township 5
South, Range l0 West, S. B. B. & M., 1263.17 feet Southerly fro~
the Northeast corner of said Section 2; running thence North 89-
12' 20" West 20 feet to a point; thence North 0° t7' 40" East
31.30 feet to a point; thence South 89° 12' 20" East 20 feet to
a point; thence South 0° 17' lO" West 31.30 feet to the point of
beginning/
to GEORGE VIEBECK and KATHERLWA VTEBECK, husband and wife; and further autho-
rizes the execution of the Agreement hereinabove referred to.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 6th .day of Jul~
