~SOLUTION NO. ~ '~-I07 ACCEPTING
EASEMENT FOR RIGHT'" 6F WAY.
WHEREAS, William M. Hunter has presented to the City
Council of Santa Ana, California, a grant cf easement for right of
way for Joint Outfall Sewer purposes, for the use and benefit of
the Cities of Santa Ana, Ansheim, Fullerton and Orange, all Munici-
pal Corporations, on, upon, under and across the parcel of land
described in said easement, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part of this Resolution by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~SOLVED: That the City of Santa
Aha, acting for the aforesaid Cities, accepts said easement for
right of way and the property hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the &th

between THE CITY OF SANTA ANA and WILLIA/~ M. EUNTER;
E _XN _S S EXE:
That in consideration of the sum of $_ lC.00 now
paid by THE CITY OF SANTA ANA to WILLIAM~ 14. HUNTE~, and other
valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
WILLIAi~ M. HUNTER does by these presents grant, convey and
confirm unto the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a municipal corporation, for
the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa Aha, Anaheim, Fulterton,
and Orange, all municipal corporations, their successors and
assigns, the full and free right to construct, reconstruct,
operate and maintain a sewer line or lines k~own as the Joint
Outfall Sewer for the conveyance of sewage and waste water to the
Pacific Ocea~n, together with all and sundry other rights, uses
and appurtenances necessary for the construction, reconstruction,
operation and maintenance of sewer line or lines of the said
Joint 0utfall Sewer on, upon, under and across the parcel of land
described below, together with the right of ingress and egress to
and from said property at any and ell times.
The aforementioned parcel of land is described as
followa:
That part of Lot ?0 of X~raot No. 211 as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 13, Page 40 of
Misoellaneou~ Maps, Records of Orange County,
0alifornla, lying East of the line psmallel with
the Easterly line of said lo~ and Thirty (30) feet
Westerly therefrom at right angles
It is further understood that the Grantor hereby waives
all claims for damages for and on account of the said construction
and reeonstr~ction and maintenance of the said Joint Outfall
Sewer.
