RESOLUTION NO. ~-1o8 ACCEPTING
EAS~.~i~NT FOR RIGHT OF WAY.
WHEREAS, Hazel i. Hunter, Executrix of the estate of
Ernest D. Hunter, Deceased, has presented to the City Council of
Santa Aha, California, a grant of easement for right of way for
Sewer purposes, for the use and bee~it of the cities
Joint
Outfall
of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, all Municipal Corpora-
tions, on, upon, under and across the parcel of lan~ described in
said easement, a copy of wtiich is attached hereto and made a part
of this Resolution by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT BESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana, acting for the aforesaid Cities, accepts said easement for
right of way and the property hereinabove described.

That in consideration of the sum of $10.00 now paid by
the City of Santa Ans. to Hazel A. Hunter as Executrix of said
estate, and other valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, Hazel A. Hunter as Executrix of said estate,
does by these presents grant, convey and confirm unto the City
of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation, for the use and benefit of
the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, all
municipal corporations, their successors and assigns, the full
and free right to construct, reconstruct, operate and maintain a
sewer line or lines known as the Joint Outfall Sewer for the
conveyance of sewage and waste water to the Pacific Ocean, together
with all and sundry other rights, uses and appurtenances necessary
for the construction, reconstruction, operation and maintenance
of sewer line or lines of the said Joint Outfall Sewer on, upon
and under and across the parcel of land described below, togeBher
with the right of ingress and egress to and
at any and all times.

An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in all that
certain real propsrty situated in the County of
Orange, State of California~ described as follows:

Tract 211 as per map recorded in Book 3,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
California.
This easement is made pursuant to that certain order of
the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the
County of Los Angeles, dated June l?, 1954, authorizing said

conveyance, a certified copy of which is recorded coterminously
herewith.
