IN CIVIC CENTER SITE.
WHEREAS, GLADYS L. HAUCK, an unmarried women~ who acquired title as,
GLADYS L. STOWE, and CHARLES L. KAUFMANN, JR., a married m~n, who acquired
title as a single man, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated
July 9, 1954, for valuable consideration in the amount of $11,750.00, convey-
ing property in the City of Santa Ana~ County of Orange~ State of California,
described as:
The West ha)f of Lot 16 of Stouts Addition to Santa Aha, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 6, page 28 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW~ TH/'~EFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its
regular meeting held on the 19th day of July , 1954.
