HomeMy WebLinkAbout54-112RESOLUTION NO. 54-112 ACCEPTING GRANT D~ FOR EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES WHEREAS, ROBERT F. BUCN~R. IM and MARION K. BUCHHEIM, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed for an easement of property to be used for drainage purposes, dated April 7, 1954, without consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa ADa, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for drainage purposes over a strip of land 10.00 feet wide, being 5.00 feet on each side of a line des- cribed as follows: Beginning at a point distant South 89© 51' 10" West 117.72 feet and North 0© 42' 50" East 255.00 feet from the westerly end of a certain curve on the center line of Santa Clara Avenue, which curve is concave northerly and has a radius of 4000.00 feet, as shown on a map of Tract No. 1502, recorded in book 54 page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, ~,nning thence from said point of beginning, South 89© 51' i0" West 333.19 feet to a point in the center line of Bristol Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPfED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of Jul~ , 1954.
