OF WAY CONTRACT AND GRANT DE~D WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, certain property owned by the City of Santa Aha is necessary
for the construction of a portion of the Santa Ana Freeway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the N~kvor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized to execute that certain Right of Way Contract
designated Document No. 1136~ between the City of Santa ~ and the State of
California and to execute that certain Grant Deed designated "S. of Roe -
1-26-54 (Part) City of S~nta Ana 1136" conveying the property therein des-
cribed to the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOI~'~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 19th day of July, 1954.
