GRANTING A LICENSE TO CITY OF SANTA ANA TO INSTALL 16-INCH
WATER PIPE ACROSS RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby
directed to execute, for the City of Santa Ana, that certain Agreement dated
June 28, 1954, whereunder the Southern Pacific Company grants to said City a
license to construct, reconstruct, m~intain and operate a sixteen inch steel
pipe across said railroad's right of way at Engineer Station 1371 plus 40.
PASSED AND ADOI~ii~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 19th day of July, 1954.
