STREET PURPOSES
WHEBEAS, ~ E. BOOSE, a widow, has presented to the City Council
an easement deed dated July 27, 1954, for valuable consideration in the amount
of $515.80, conveying property in the City of Santa Aaa, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
The South 40 feet of that portion of Section 6, in Township 5
South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and M~ridian, in the County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the land owned and occupied
in 1874 by Joseph J. Martin; running thence West 324 feet; thence
North 660 feet; thence West 12 feet; thence North 1° 2' West 660.12
feet to a point 342 feet West of the Northeast corner of the land here-
in described; thence East 342 feet and thence South 1320 feet to the
point of beginning.
EXom~TING FRC~ said South 40 feet that portion thereof included
within Seventeenth Street on the South and in Wright Street on the
East.
NOW, TnI~J~FORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ama accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
