PURPOSES ON SEVFAv~TH STSEET
WHEI~J~S, ~he Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company has
offered to the City an easement for street purposes at the crossing of the
track with Seventeenth Street over certain property in the City of Santa Ama,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Parcel 1:
A strip of land 15 feet wide, southerly of and abutting the
south line of 17th Street (50feetwide) in said City, extending
easterly 66.42 feet, more or less, across the right of way of The
Atchison, Topeka and Sauta Fe Railway Company from the east line of
Lincoln Avenue.
Parcel 2:
A strip of land 15 feet wide, northerly of and abutting the
north line of 17th Street (50 feet wide) in said City, extending
westerly 3 feet more or less, across the right of way of The
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company from the east line
of said right of way.
NOW, Tam--ORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City of Santa Aha accepts said
easement and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause the sam~ to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
