FOR STREET PURPOSES
W~EREAS, RUTH M. DUHART and STEVEN J. DUHART, a husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated July 29, 1954,
for valuable consideration in the amount of $344.15, conveying property in
the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
The North 40 feet of that portion of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 8, in Township 5 South, Range 9
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of S~uta An~,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of 17th Street as
said center line is established by the City of Santa Aha and
marked by bolts at the intersection of said center line with the
center line of Wright Street North and Graud Avenue, said point
being 35.18 feet South 89° 53' 15" West from the said bolt mark-
lng the intersection with Wright Street North; running thence South
0° ll' 35" East 1084.53 feet; thence South 89° 25' 30" West 266.91
feet; thence 0° 04' 00" West 1086.69 feet to a point in the said
center line of 17th Street, said point being lll3.19 feet North
89° 53~ 15" East of the said intersection of Grand Avenue and
17th Street; thence North 89° 53' 15" East 264.51 feet to the
point of beginning;
EXCEPTING '£n~2u~FROM the North 150 feet of the West 65 feet thereof;
ALSO EXulTING FROM said North ~0 feet that portion thereof in-
cludedwithin the lines of 17th Street on the North.
NOW, T~'O~E, BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
