EASEMENT OF PROPERTY ~OR STRE&~f PURPOSES
FRED H. ROHRS has presented to the City Council a grant
deed of property to be used for street purposes, dated July 29, 1954, for
valuable consideration in the amount of $1,325.65, conveying property in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The North ~0 feet of land situated in the County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the land allotted to
Rosa Soto by the final decree in partition of the Rancho Santiago
de Sa~a Aha, as made by District Court of the Seventeenth Judicial
District in Suit No. 1192; thence South 37 rods; thence at right
angles East 49 rods; thence Northerly by a line parallel to the
first line 37 rods; thence Westerly by a line par-]lel to the second
line 49 rods to the place of beginning, (containing 11.53 acres of
land and being a portion of same land described in a deed to John
Patton Johnson from Moses William Bradford of date April 17, 1871,
and recorded in book 16, page 622, Deeds, records of Los Angeles
County, California; )
EXulTING FRC~ said North 40 feet that portion thereof included
within the lines of Seventeenth Street on the North, and Grand Avenue
on the West.
NOW~ TH~at~FORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

its
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of Auguo$ , 1954.
