FOR S'l'~f PURPOSES
W~EREAS, JOHN F. BOOSE and LIDA A. BOOSE, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated July 28, 1954,
for valuable consideration in the amount of $112.15, conveying property
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
The North 40 feet of the West 65 feet of the following des-
cribed property:
The East 13-5/16 acres of the following described 20 acres:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the lands conveyed by M.W.
Bradford to J. P. Johnson, by deed dated April 17, 1871, recorded
in book 16, page 622 et seq., Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California; to which reference is had; thence Easterly along the
Southern line of lands now, or formerly of G. L. Russell, 49 rods
to the Northwest corner of the lands now or formerly of M. W.
Bradford; thence Southerly with his Westerly line 66-1/4 rods to
an angle in said Bradford's land; thence Westerly with the North-
erly line of land of said Bradford 49 rods to the Southeast corner
of lands now or formerly of J. P. Johnson; thence withEasterly
line of lands last mentioned, Northerly 65-1/4 rods to the place
of beginning; being the same 20 acres of land described in deed
from Mary Watson to William L. Sidwell, recorded in book 66,
page 518, et seq., Deeds, records of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING FROM said North 40 feet that portion thereof included
within the lines of 17th Street on the North.
NOW, 'I'~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orate County, California.
