STSEET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, JOHN F. BOOSE and LIDA A. BOOSE, husband wife, have
presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated July 28, 1954, for
valuable consideration in the amount of $465.00, conveying property in
the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
The North 40 feet of that portion of the Northwest quarter of
Section 8, in Township 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, in the County of Orange, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of 17th Street, as said
center line is established by the City of Santa Aha, and marked by
bolts at the intersection of said center line with the center line
of Mabury Street and the center line of Wright Street North, said
point being 812.04 feet South 89° 47' 15" West from the said bolt
marking the intersection of the center line of Mabury Street, said
bolt being the Northeast corner of the tract allotted to Rosa Soto
in the partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ama, made in 1868
by the ~istrict Court in and for Los Angeles County~ running thence
South 0v 34' 45" East 1082.~5 feet; thence South 89 25' 30" West
277.25 feet; thence North 0 ll' 35" West 1084.53 feet to a point
in the center line of 17th Street as established by the City of
Santa Ana, and marked by bolts at the intersection of said street
with Wright Street North, and Grand Avenue; thence North 89° 53' 15"
East along said center line 35.18 feet tOosaid bolt marking inter-
section of Wright Street; thence North 89 47' 15" East 234.76 feet
along the center line of 17th Street to the point of beginning;
EXCEPTING FROM said North 40 feet that portion thereof included
within the lines of 17th Street on the North.
NOW, 'rnE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOP'L~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August , 1954.
