FOR S'r~T PURPOSES
WR~, ~'~ea~mRICK J. BOOSE, a single -~,~, and BARBARA R. FLETC~
a married woman, who acquired title as BAItBARA R. BOOSE, a single woman,
have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated July 27, 1954,
for valuable consideration in the amount of $684.25, conveying property
in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
The North 40 feet of that portion of the Northwest quarter
of Section 8, in Township 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of 17th Street
as said center line is established by the City of Santa Ama and
marked by bolts at the intersection of said center line with the
center line of Mabury Street and the center line of Wright Street
North, said point being 415.38 feet South 89° 47' 15" West from
the said bolt ma~king the intersection of the center line of
Mabury Street, said bolt being the Northeast corner of the tract
allotted to Rosa Soto in the partition of the Rancho Santiago de
Santa Aha made in 1868 by the District Court in and for Los
Angeles County; ~-mning from said point of beginning South 0°
10' 45" East 540.93 feet; thence south 89° 42' 00" West 392.90
feet; thence North 0° 34' 45" West 5~1.53 feet to a Roint in
the said center line of 17th Street; thence North 89v 47' 15"
East 396.66 feet to the point of beginning;
EXom~TING FROM said North 40 feet that portion thereof
included within the lines of 17th Street on the North.
NOW, 'rnE~J~FOltE~ BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ama accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
