PROPERTY
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FOR
WHEREAS, HENRY 0. SMITH amd SOPHIA SMITH, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated August 23,
1954 for valuable consideration in the amount of $9,100.00, con-
veying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orangs, State
of California, described as:
Lot 1~ of Stout's Addition to ~he City of Santa
Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 6,
Page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
0~ange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instruc-
ted to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of September, 1954.
