FOR STREET PURPOSES
ACCEPTING EAS~NT DEED
WHEREA~, D. A. EAR, a widower, has presented to the City
Council an easement deed, dated September 1, 1954~ conveying prop-
erty for valuable consideration in the amount of $1100.00 in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purpose~6ver:
The Northerly 50 feet of the West half of the West half
of that certain tract of land described as follows: Com-
mencing at the Northwest corner of Section 17, in Township
5 South, Rang? 9 West, San Bernardtno Base and Meridian,
thence South 65 rods; thence East 98-6/13 rods; thence North
65 rods; thence West 98-6/13 rods to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING f~om said Northerly 50 feet that portion there-
of included within the lines of East First Street and McClay
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed robe recorded with t he County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
