CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE TH~PJ~ITH:
BE IT RESOLVWn: That the parking lfm~tation created by that portion
of RESOLUTION NO. 5~-13& adopted August 2, 195A, and ordering the curb painted
white, as follows:
NORTH BROADWAY
On the West side, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, located as follows:
The South A3 feet of the North 109 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded and the ~t~g Director ef Public Works is
hereby directed to cause the paint on said curbs to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Arm Municipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as set
forth in Section 3217 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code as follows:
NORTH BROADWAY
On the West side, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, located as follows:
The South ~2 feet of the North 9~ feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted WHITE and the Acting Director
of the Department of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be
painted as hereina~ove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 7th day of .September , 195~.
