WHEREAS, CLYDE LEONARD MORRIS, as his separate property, has
presented to the City Council a g~ant deed, dated 30,
July 54

for valuable consideration, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The South 20 feet of Lot lO1 of Santa Aha Grand Avenue
Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 26,
pages 53 and 54, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, Califor~ia;
EXCEPTING from said South 20 feet that portion thereof
contained within the lines of Grand Avenue on the West
and Seventeenth Street on the South.
NO~, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 54-132
and Resolution No. 54-133 be rescinded; that the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of September, 1954.
