ALONG THE BAN~ OF THE SANTA ANA RIVERt ADJOINING
TRACT NO. 2122 %~ITHOUT PAYmeNT OF MONEY.
V~tEREAS, STRATFO~RD SQUARE, INC., a corporation, has presented to the
City Council a grant deed· dated September 3, 1954· without payment of money·
conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
That portion of Lot 2 of Mabury Tract, in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, as per map thereof recorded
in Book 165, page 301 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the
westerly line of the land deeded Stratford Square, Inc. by deed
recorded in Book 2688, page 5326 of Deeds, Records of said Orange
County, distant theron South 22 00'00" West 102.60 feet from the
northwest corner of said last mentioned land; thence along said
westerly line South 22o00'00'' West 662.94 feet to the westerly
prolongation of the northerly line of Lot 182 Tract No. 1724,
filed in Book 51, pages 24, 25 and 26· of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of said Orange County; thence South 89°53'53'' East 35°04
feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 182; thence along the
westerly line of Tract No. 2122, filed in Book 61, Pages 49 and
50, of ~scellaneous Maps· Records of said Orange Couuty, and
prolongation thereof· North 27°56'45" East, 695.68 feet to the
southwest corner of Lot 59 of s aid Tract No. 2122; thence North
89o54'05" West 112.72 feet in a direct line to the point of be-
ginning°
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County· California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its
regular meeting held on the 7th day of September ·
1954.
