WHEREAS, LYLE D. DAVIS and VIOLET M. DAVIS, husband and wife, as
joint tenants, b~ve presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated
October 13, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 6 in Block "A" of "Realty Subdivision of Lot 1 of McFadden-
Wilson Tract", in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, as show~ on a m~p thereof recorded in book 3, page
35, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW~ THERF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the
same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1952.
