WHEREAS, LINUS J. DEWALD and E~ M. DEWALD, husband and wife as joint
tenants, h~ve presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated September
20, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 9 in Block ll of South Side Addition to the City of
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book 3, page 44, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the
same.
PASty AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular maeting held on November 1st, 1954.
