WHEREAS, HONER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a corporation, has presented
to the City Council an easement deed, dated September 17, 195~, conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
,The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lots 3 and 5 in Block 5 of the "South Side Addition to the
Citycf Santa Ana", in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof re-
corded in book 3, page ~, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County.
NOW, T~RE, BE IT RESOLVED: T~t the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 195~.
