WHEREAS, EDWARD L. KRESS has presented to the City Council an
easement deed, dated September 16, 1954, conveying property in the City
of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property~
That property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, and particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point 50 feet ~outh of the Southeast corner of
Main and Bishop Streets; running thence East parallel to the
South line of Bishop Street 168 feet, more or less, to a
point 150 feet West of the West line of Cypress Avenue; thence
South 50 feet; thence West parallel to the South line of Bishop
Street, 168 feet, more or less, to the East line of Main Street;
and thence North 50 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW~ T~EREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 195~.
