WHEP~, JETTIE M. DECKER, a widow , has presented to the City Council
an easement deed, dated September 20, 1954, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 11 and the South ha~of Lot 9 in Block 9 of the South Side
Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a ~p thereof recorded
in Book 3, Page h~, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOFl'~by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on Nove~er 1st, 1954.
