WHEREAS, MABEL ~,T.L~.R GO~4~N has presented to the City Council an
easement deed, dated September 16, 1954, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lots 1 and 3 of R. H. Skiles' Addition to Santa Ana, in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page 5, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOI~£ER by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
