WHEREAS, EIF~R E. CHRISTENSON and MILDRED L. CHRISTENSON, husband
and wife, as Joint tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement
deed, dated September 16, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The South 50 feet of the following described land, in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of M~in and Bishop Streets;
running thence East along the South line of Bishop Street,
168 feet, more or less, to a point 150 feet West from the South-
west corner of Bishop Street and Cypress Avenue; thence South
150 feet~ thence West 168 feet, more or less, to the East line
of Main Street; and thence North along the East line of Main
Street, 150 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PAS~ED AND ADOP~ED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
