WHEREAS, GLADYS THOMAS bas presented to the City Council an easement
deed, dated September 17, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 7 and the North half of Lot 9 in Block 9 of the South Side
Addition to Santa Ana in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book
3, page 44, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
