WHEREAS, F. LLRN KNOLL and BENJAMIN F. KNOLL, wife and husband, and
MARIANE JOYCE METZ, their daughter~ all as joint tenants, have presented to
the City Council an easement deed, dated September 16, 1954, conveying prop-
erty in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, des-
cribed as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot i in Block 9 of the South Side Addition to the City of
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3,
page 44, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~Lua accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
