WHEP~, E. E. PATMOR, a married ms-u, as his separate property, has
presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated Septengoer 20, 195~,
conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 3 of Johnson's Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in book 26, page 55, Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
