WHEREAS, ~nm~BERT H. ADAMS and MINNIE L. ADAMS, husband and wife, as
joint tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated
Septe~oer 16, 195~, conveying property in the City of Santa An~, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 7 in Block 7 of South Side Addition to the City of Santa Aha,
in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page h~, Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
