WNEBEAS, LYDIA STRASSBERGER SCHARR has presented to the City Council
an easen~nt deed, dated September 22, 1954, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
The East 88 feet of Lot ll in Block 5 of the South Side
Addition to the City of Santa Aha, in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in book 3, page 44, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOP'I~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
