WHEREAS, RUTH L. JOHNSTON, an unmarried woman, has presented to the
City Council an easement deed, dated September 24, 1954, conveying property'
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 3 in Block 7 of South Side Addition to Santa Aha, in the
City of Santa Ana~ County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page 44, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFOi{E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPT~Dby the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
