WMEI~, WAI~ L. NEW--and GLADYS M. NE~, husband and wife, as
joint tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated
September 24, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 5 in Block 9 of the South Side Addition to Santa Aha, in
the City of Santa Ana, a~ shown on a map thereof recorded in
book 3, page 44, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
NOW, TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the s~me.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa ~ at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
