WHEREAS, ALBERT A. FOS'II~H and MARY A. FOSTER, husband and wife, as
Joint tenants, have prezented to the City Council an easement deed, dated
September 23, 195h, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The North 49 feet of the West ll5 feet of Lot 4 of a part
of Lots 3 and 5 of McFadden-Wilson Tract, in the City of
Santa Arm, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a m~p thereof recorded in book l, page 5~, Record of
Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County.
NOW~ THEBEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 195~.
