WHEREAS~ DOXANDER P. LEONARD and EDNA M. LEONARD, have presented to the
City Council an easement deed~ dated November )~ 1954~ conveying property in the
City of Santa A~a~ County of Orange, State o£ California, described as:
An easement for surface drainage purposes over a strip of land 15.00
feet wide over Lots 25 and 28 of Potts, Borden and Sidwell Tract, as
per map recorded in book 4, page 624 of Miscellaneous Records, in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
the northerly line of which is the westerly prolongation of the
northerly line of Lot 14 of said Potts, Borden and Sidwell Tract.
EXCEPT that portion lying westerly of the east line of the land des-
cribed in deed to the County of Orange recorded October 26, 1938, in
book 967 page 225 of Official Records of said Orange County.
This easement is to terminate when a permanent drainage route is
established by the City of Santa Ana over another route or on the
completion of construction of the Bristol Street extension, which-
ever event first occurs, and grantee herein agrees on request of
grantor, or his successors in interest, to execute and deliver quit-
claim deed to establish such termination.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
