WHEREAS, B. R. MANKER and BERENICE T. MANE]~R, husband and wife, as Joint
tenants, have presented to the City Council ~n easement deed, dated October 6,
1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property,
Lots 13 and 15 in Block 11 of the South Side Addition to the City
of Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page 44,
Miscellaneous Mmps, records of said Orange County.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPT~o by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on November l~th , 1954.
