WHEREAS, ORVAL I. LYON and VIOLAS. LYON, husband wife, as joint tenants,
have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated October 29, 1954, con-
veying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The South 50 feet of Lot 2, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a map of subdivision of a part of the
McFadden-Wilson Tract, thereof recorded in book l, page 5~ Record of
Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
