WHEREAS, VINCENT C. CROAL and Ni~RY E. CROAL, husband and wife, as.Joint
tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated October 29,
1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The West 150 feet of the North 50 feet of Lot 7, as shown on a map
of a part of Lots 3 and 5 of the McFadden-Wilson Tract, in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, thereof filed
in book l, page 54, Licensed Surveyor's Maps, Records of said Orange
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
