WHEREAS, ETHEL HOOPER and MAMIE ALBRIGHT, as joint tenants, have presented
to the City Council an easement deed, dated October ll, 1954, conveying property
in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The North 50 feet of Lot 2, in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map of a subdivision
of a part of the McFadden-Wilson TTact, as shown on a map there-
of recorded in book l, page 54, Record of Surveys, in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
