PUBI~IC SERVICE EASELS IN TRACT NO. 2019
WHEREA~ HEEETOFOEE~ by Resolution No. 54-175~ the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha has declared its intention to vacate public service
easements in Tract No. 2019~ a copy of which Resolution was regularly pub-
lished and posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held public hearings on said proposed
vacation of public service easements.
NOW, THE~EFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana hereby finds from all the evidence submitted that the public
service easements herein referred to are unnecessary for present or pro-
spective public use and the same should be abandoned.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City Council hereby orders the
abandonment of all public service easements in Tract No. 2019, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of Lot~l, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, ll, 12 and the
Easterly 5 feet of Lots 5~ 6, 7~ 8, 13, 14, 15 and 16.
The Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to cause to be recorded
in the office of the Recorder of Orange County, California , a certified copy
of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOI~'~o by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 6th day of December, 1954.
