an undivided one-fourth interest, have presented to the City Council a grant
deed, dated November 24, 195~, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of C~lifornia, described as: An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 8 in Block A of Realty Subdivision of Lot i of the McFadden-
Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page
35, Miscellaneous Maps, record~ of said Orange County.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
