WHEREAS, J. J. FU~.R~ and KATHRYNM. FU~NWIDER, husband and
wife, as joint tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement deed,
dated Nove~er 15, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 1 of Johnson's Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of
S~ntaAna, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a map thereof, recorded in book 26, page 55, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
